About the park

Not just land — a production ecosystem

Industrial City industrial park is located in the village of Byshiv, Fastiv District, Kyiv Region. Its goal is to create conditions for modern manufacturers, attract Ukrainian and foreign investors and generate new jobs for local residents.

The management company, Retail Systems Ukraine, is responsible not only for park administration, but also for attracting tenants, supporting their entry, coordinating infrastructure development and providing a service-based business support model.
